Payment & Cancellation Policy
We want to start by saying Thank you for booking or even considering traveling with Egypt Tours Portal as it is always an honor to add more names to the list of our satisfied clients. When conducting a form of official business dealings, there are always terms and conditions to govern all the aspects of this agreement. The moment you book one of our Egypt Tours Packages, you will, in turn, accept & agree on these terms and conditions so make sure you read them carefully.
In order to fully secure your payment, you should inform Egypt Tours Portal of your Request as from the moment you contact us, we will discuss and finalize all details and arrangements concerning your tour and send the completed itinerary for the final confirmation. After you have confirmed all the details in the itinerary as agreed, you will need to pay the deposit as discussed by wire transfer or a credit card transaction.
While booking your tour with us, you will find it so easy and very flexible to book the tour you want and you may need to do some changes to the initial itinerary to fit mote your needs and we will discuss all options with you to arrange the best possible tour you deserve. You can let our operation department know all of your requirements, whether you would like to add or remove anything and they will inform you if it is a good choice from your side or not. Our team will check the availability, rates, and offer you the best possible organized tour you can imagine.
All the reservations should be made very early before booking the required vacation. A spot on the given tour will be secured upon receiving the required deposit that is estimated based on the required tour, the number of travelers, and the required date of the tour. The deposit will of course count as part of your final payment.
For the overland separate day tours that don’t require any booking of hotels nor domestic flights, we don’t usually ask for a down payment and you can pay the whole cost of your tour right upon your arrival to your tour guide. You have the freedom to pay the cost in any currency you want in USD, EGP, CAD, EURO, AUD, GBP, etc. If you would like to pay the tour cost via your Credit Card, then there will be an extra 3% extra bank fees.
Excursions Regarding any shore excursion, we require 25% from the tour cost to be sent as a deposit through your Credit/ Debit card with no extra charges or through a Bank Transfer and regarding the remaining, it should be paid upon your arrival in cash in a currency you want or via your card whatever it is with an extra 3% as bank fees.
For the Tours that Include Flights
Also for such tours, we require 25% down payment via your Credit Card, or through a bank transfer and the remaining shall be paid upon your arrival in cash in USD, EGP, or via your card with an extra 3% as bank fees. Feel free to pay the cost of your tour with any currency you want. For Any of Our Travel Packages We request 50% of the total cost of your tour as a deposit via your Credit/Debit card or via either your bank account and the remaining will be paid upon your arrival in cash. You can pay the remaining via your Card in advance before your arrival with an extra 3% bank fee.
Kindly Note That your booking should be made as early as possible to guarantee the availability of your tour and once we receive your deposit, it is going to be our responsibility to start your booking procedures based on the required date of the tour, the number of travelers, and of course, the required tour package. Paying the deposit is now much easier than ever as your tour operators will create a secured link for you with the agreed-on deposit and then you can use it in a very smooth way to send us the deposit.
In order to pay your deposit or the final payment via your Credit Card, our tour operators will create a secured invoice for you to be able to pay the amount of money agreed on in a very smooth, secure, and easy way. No need to send us any information regarding your Credit, or Debit Cards details and you can only use the secured link provided from our side to have a successful transaction throughout a secured payment gateway.
All the cancellation requests should be sent through fax or an email to provide the Company with written confirmation that confirms your reservation should be canceled. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

Plus, there are cancellation fees on all the domestic flights all around Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subjected to the fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

All the Black Friday deals will be available till November 30th on our Egypt Tours Portal website. Offers are only available and valid on new inquiries made during the Black Friday sale. Our Black Friday offers may apply on seasonal & occasional holiday packages plus Exclusions may also apply.
All refunds will be performed through the same account, in the same method of the original payment. No Refunds will be possible in the event of a no-show for a present reservation.
You can get back to us if you decide to postpone your tour to another date if neither of your booking procedures was taken from our side. Then we can postpone your tour as you wish. After reaching an agreement with us of postponing your tour and then you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, then our cancellation policy will be applicable.
